I purchased 4 of these kalimbas. The fit and finish is quite good, It's well made and functions well. Tuning it is a bit of a struggle. I could only get it to almost in tune for many of the keys. The
keys are fragile once tuned and go off easily with the slightest bump. This would be considered a beginners instrument at 20 dollars or less. Want a high quality instrument? Look to pay 80 dollars or more. My package was processed and shipped in a timely manner, arriving at my doorstep within a couple of short weeks. Thank you, I'll be ordering from your store again soon.

Excellent quality wood and well made. Although I bought 2 for Christmas presents I did have a little plink plonk on both of them. I'm very happy with the Kalimbas. I selected them because they came wi
th all the accessories, hammer, thumb guard and wipe cloth, there's a small book explaining how to care for your instrument and a few basic tunes to get started. Very happy and impressed.

A hammer is included for tuning, but you have to tune the instrument yourself. It's not difficult, but it takes a while, because it just sounds awful when untuned. You can use your smartphone and a fr
ee tuner app to tune.Once tuned, the part sounds the way it should sound.
